In my case, he recommended Traditional Medicare with a Plan G Supplement with Banker's Fidelity. He helped me pick a Plan D with no monthly premium as my meds were not expensive. THEN he was available for more questions. I have talked to Michael several times throughout this process. I as prescribed a med that is very expensive. He walked me through next steps. The biggest takeaway was his knowledgeable caring expertise gave me the confidence to fend off all the many many advertisements, phone calls and emails trying to entice me to some advantage plan or other program. As you'll see, there's plenty of happy customer reviews at Chapter Medicare. There's no way I could have found the all information that Becky provided me with today. After years of swimming through the official Medicare plan websites, and hefty 2 pound mailers, I gave up years ago, because I thought I would be stuck forever with my hostile insurance company who's signature motto is: "DENIED!" The other options available in my state were all at 3 stars or less. That's over.
