I had the good fortune to work with William Dean. He became my “ray of sunshine” helping to organize a Medicare supp plan G and a plan D. I’m pretty organized and have always been able to navigate my way around researching health insurance for myself. At 72, with only social security as my only income I was hitting stumbling blocks and felt overwhelmed and desperate for the very first time in my entire life. I was listening to Dr. Ed Weir’s utube videos on social security. He strongly advises those who need assistance w Medicare to call “Chapter”. I did so and all I can say is that William performed miracles. He took the time to research my situation and created a very workable and doable plan for my insurance coverage. He was very reassuring and very well educated on all things Medicare. After he completed his research and came up w a plan of action (which saved me a lot of money which I desperately needed), tears literally filled my eyes as the sense of RELIEF filled my being. William saved me money on my supplemental Medicare plan which made it possible to me to now also possess and pay for l a prescription plan as well. Very gratefully, Sheila.

When I contacted chapter, my worker spent over an hour with me on the phone getting the absolute best plan for me. The whole time I was waiting for the “catch” and or charge for their service and it never came. I’m absolutely blown away by the service, and am very thankful for them.

My representative, Rachela Purita was stellar. A very compassionate and knowledgable woman. She helped me fix a Medicare supplemental insurance mess that a 'Medicare specialist" in Texas created. I will recommend her and Chapter to my friends and anyone else who is approaching this next phase of their life.

I have been working with Shannon Davis and she has been AWESOME!!! Shannon's knowledge and patience made me feel less afraid. I have SSDI and now Medicare so I'm at a lost to how this works. I also know that if I have any other questions she will be there for me. Thank you so much Shannon.

We watched our parents attempt to navigate the maze of Medicare — nearly missing deadlines, filling out piles of paperwork, and ultimately enrolling in plans that were more expensive than comparable alternatives — and we knew there was a better way.
We’re turning the page on our experience by championing our customers with the tools and support they need to have the Medicare experience they deserve.
