Chapter was founded to ensure that every American preserves their health, wealth, and purpose in retirement. We started with Medicare, because good health is central to living a good life.
Medicare is confusing and many bad actors profit from that confusion. We saw many of our own parents and grandparents being exploited and we decided to build a platform that put seniors first.

I reached out at the end of 2025 to ask about Chapter. Justin Davidson contacted me and told me that when I was within the window to sign up for Medicare he would reach back out to me. He did! He contacted me in January and then followed up with me in Feb when I was able to finally create my medicare account. I spoke with Justin a couple of time to discuss the various plans I was considering and he provided me with all the info. He was patient with me as I asked alot of questions (and I was wrting some things down). I contacted him a few weeks later to go over a couple other plans. He mentioned that I should try to select my plan at least 4 wks ahead on my eligible start date and he reached back out last week. We set up a call to review the plan I had decided on and he got me signed up. I am so thankful for his knowledge and all the time he took to help me decide on the best plan for ME! Thank you Justin!
